The results of all health screenings will be documented by the clinic upon entry, and the clients shall be identified by their client ID number to maintain anonymity to the general public. A record of all screenings will be kept in accordance with Michigan OSHA guidelines for healthcare facilities.

At the end of the visit, the client shall be escorted out of the building by a team member. The client shall not be directed to check out at the reception desk.
- We continue to encourage our clients to download and use the PetDesk app (link at bottom of the page), which will allow you access to a video chat feature when a pet is in the clinic for examination and treatment if the client is not able to be present.
